1、隔水蒸

即將蟲草洗凈后，放容器內隔水小火蒸20-30分鐘。(也可以直接和水用文火煮)，有人提出說60度以上蛋白質會發生變化進而可能影響蟲草效果,但是同時有醫生也認為60度以下的浸泡不能達到殺菌的效果.我個人認為從安全角度來說,還是讓水溫稍高一些的好.

2、泡蟲草酒

取冬蟲夏草２０克置容器中，加入白酒５００克，密封、浸泡３天后即可飲用，日服１－２次，每天早晚飲1小杯。

3、煮粥蒸飯

用蟲草1克，洗凈，放入高壓鍋內與米飯同時蒸熟后吃。每天一至兩次，連服3個月到半年。此方作為中藥治療乙型肝炎大三陽、小三陽的輔助治療會有良好效果。

4、和肉內燉(蒸)

燉(蒸)肉的時候，將蟲草放肉內(鴨子、鴿子腹中)小火燉至肉熟。冬蟲夏草燉湯后，還有一部分有效成分殘留在體內，吃下去才能完全利用其藥用價值。

5、蟲草打粉

打粉的辦法雖然方便,但是不利于人體吸收.補充一點,打粉的話必須要對蟲草進行比較徹底的清潔來保證安全.對于草部來說外皮部分的纖維可能不能被粉碎機徹底粉化而變成絮狀物.
